no refunds for opened and/or used products, refunds will be applied for store credit, and shipping to be paid by customer 

Returns accepted for 14 days from time of receiving items, 2% restocking fee will be applied and sales final on bath bombs, body butters, shampoo/conditioner bars and lip balms
